Kim began her career with Progressive Dental in 2016 as a Production Manager and became the Director of Video Operations in January of 2017.  With over ten years of leadership experience producing for companies like KelbyOne, Canon USA and DJI, Kim brings to the table a solid foundation of organization and project/production management skills.  As the Director of Video Operations, she oversees Progressive's production team that consists of; videographers, editors and production specialists. Kim works closely with clients in creating media pieces that communicate the core values of each individual practice.  She takes the time to understand what is important to clients and what speaks to their patients, then helps facilitate everything from the video shoot day to final editing with that focus in mind.
